 PHL Web modernizes the existing capabilities on IBM i, AS400, iSeries, System i ou Power i by providing user-friendly graphics and by opening them on the web.It allows, in particular, establishing procedures with automatic recovery conversion of the existing code.
So the converted applications can be enriched by new graphic functions.
The other part of PHL Web is the development of new "full web" applications. The range of possibilities is very rich and corresponds to what may expect an accustomed user. Recent or from a conversion, all these applications coexist with each other and can interface with applications installed on the workstation or accessible by URL. |

PHL XML generates both client programs for sending queries and server programs to process requests. It can build applications with or without SOAP.

 PHL Query provides for non-technical users the power of SQL queries to a database by a two-step process. The first is to write a SQL query of broad spectrum, to cover a set of needs defined by users.
Two modes are available: the SQL mode for those who know SQL, and the wizard-mode, identical to the mode usage of Query/400 for others. The second step is to generate custom reports based on this initial request.
